We believe that there needs to be a
paradigm shift in Preventive Health.

The approach currently used with regard to diseases such as arthritis, asthma, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke is just not working.

I am shocked by the frightening medical statistics on these degenerative diseases and frustrated by the lack of results that the current preventive health approach achieves.

I decided to publish The Preventive Health Guide to guide and educate in this new

paradigm. The Preventive Health Guide has a focus on wellness rather than sickness.

My aim is to provide the best information on the proactive approach to optimal health.

The current reactive approach to disease prevention

Have you noticed that information made available on chronic diseases in books, magazines and on the web by medical institutions and government bodies usually only encourage reactive procedures and the treatment of symptoms?

Reactive procedures include the monitoring of patient’s health through tests, scans and the regular evaluation of symptoms.

You may have questioned the millions of dollars spent on research and development by the large pharmaceutical companies.

Why do they continue to invest 95% of their efforts into the treatment of symptoms rather than the trying to prevent the underlying cause of degenerative diseases?

The new proactive approach to disease prevention

I believe that true prevention is proactive.

This includes a common-sense approach to the root cause of chronic degenerative diseases. Unfortunately common sense is not always common practice.

The cause of degenerative disease can usually be attributed to a combination of toxic exposures and an insufficient supply of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

The result of this cause is the degeneration of minds and bodies.

The proactive method includes positive changes in lifestyle, exercise, diet, nutrition and the educated use of high quality supplements.

A growing number of doctors, professionals and ordinary people are looking for better ways to protect themselves against what others see as the inevitable consequence of aging.

Degenerative diseases including arthritis, asthma and lung disease, Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke do not have to be the inevitable consequence of aging.

We can protect ourselves.

Firstly, we need to educate ourselves on some basic, important concepts:

1. The role of oxidative stress
2. The meaning of cellular nutrition
3. The importance of a good diet
4. The degradation of the food supply
5. The bias of doctors against nutritional supplements
6. Selecting the highest quality nutritional supplements
