Can you treat Fibromyalgia with nutritional supplements?

If you suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, you know the difficulty in obtaining a true diagnosis of either of these conditions. Modern medicine, for years, has treated both of these diseases with extreme caution - especially in terms of making a true diagnosis. What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

What is Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is very similar to chronic fatigue syndrome, but is accompanied by more severe and debilitating aches and pains.

Oxidative Stress and the Body

Imagine a computer that's connected to the internet. This computer has an antivirus system, but it hasn't been updated for a year. The antivirus program is able to block out many of the bugs, worms, and malicious codes, but it can't catch all of them.

This is similar to your body as you age. Free radicals are introduced into your system and they oxidize with certain cells throughout your body. Stop smoking, avoid air pollution as much as possible, eat organically grown foods, begin a moderate exercise program, and make relaxation a part of your every day.
